Sprite Mint ("Service") is operated by Clean Query LLC ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service.

1. ACCEPTANCE & ELIGIBILITY

By creating an account or using Sprite Mint, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or use Sprite Mint. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 13, you may not use this service in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

2. ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Your display name is publicly visible to other users. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, use offensive display names, or engage in abusive behavior.

3. CREDITS & PAYMENTS

New accounts receive 10 free credits. Additional credits may be purchased. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

Each sprite generation consumes 1 credit. If generation fails due to a system error, the credit will be automatically refunded.

4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

All sprites on Sprite Mint are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI). Results are provided as-is with no guarantee of uniqueness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for how you use generated content.

Sprites you generate are yours to use in personal and commercial projects. You may not use generated content for illegal purposes, to create harmful material, or to infringe on others' rights.

We may store generated sprites on our servers to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to manipulate credits, bypass authentication, or exploit the service
• Use automated tools to bulk-generate sprites without authorization
• Impersonate other users or use misleading display names

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sprite Mint is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or service interruptions.

7. CHANGES

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via the service.
